Dana Mitchells
Dana Mitchells is the Internet pen name of published writer,
Dawn Colclasure. She is a former weekly writer for the e-zine,
Griper, where she wrote for the College Life department. She
wrote for her college paper where she studied journalism.
She has a poetry chapbook, Take
My Hand, available from Amazon.com, and she is currently
seeking an agent for her novels. She also spent a year contributing
articles to her local newspaper. She also writes poetry, essays,
songs and plays. She hopes to someday write for TV and the
silver screen. Even though she loves all kinds of animals,
her passion is for wolves, particularly the grey wolf. Though
she has lived in various parts of the country, she calls the
state of California home, where she lives with her husband
and daughter. While she is not busy changing diapers, she's
collecting books for her growing library, exchanging recipes
with friends and family, taking care of her two Chihuahuas
and corresponding with other writers through e-mail.
