Color and LightThese series were inspired by my hunger for color expression induced by a dream I had of photographing patches of rich color and unpretentious compositions. None of the photographed objects are deliberate works of art and design. The photographed images are simply the studies of colorful accidents on the streets of Baku, Azerbaijan. Many viewers consider Baku a city of grayscale palette, but there is quite a bit of inconspicuous beauty and color lurking around, as I witnessed it in the morning of March 2002.
